The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), commonly called Obama Care (or the federal health care law); is a United States federal statute signed into law by President Barack Obama on March 23, 2010. It represents the most significant overhaul of the U.S. health care system since Medicare and Medicaid in 1965.
This new law requires that an RFID chip be implanted in all that call the U.S. their home. This chip will not only contain your personal information, but by March 23rd, 2013 will be linked to our bank accounts as well as have our personal records and tracking capability built into it. It has been the law of the land since Obama signed the law on March 23, 2013.
When fully implemented, this law provides the framework for making the United States the first Nation in the World to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a (RFID) radio frequency identification microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care, amongst other things.
I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT I DON'T LIKE WHAT I'VE HEARD ABOUT THIS LAW ALREADY. IT'S BASICALLY SAYING THAT OUR 4TH AMENDMENT RIGHT IS WAIVED.
THE GPS FEATURE CAN TRACK PEOPLE ILLEGALLY, AND NOT TO MENTION UNLAWFUL ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND MEDICAL RECORDS.
The law was challenged by 26 states arguing that if the federal government could compel people to buy health insurance, it could compel them to buy almost anything. They question the constitutionality of the legislation.
In 2012, the law survived a second test, when the Supreme Court largely upheld it after considering a series of challenges to several of the law’s key provisions.
The debate over health care remains far from over, with Republicans vowing to carry on their fight against the law, which they see as an unaffordable infringement on the rights of individuals. The Republican presidential nominee, Mitt Romney, has promised to undo it if elected.
I SUSPECT THIS WILL NOT GO OVER WELL WITH MOST PEOPLE, THEN AGAIN THERE WILL PROBABLY BE PEOPLE BEGGING FOR IT. SOME HAVE ALREADY PUT A CHIP IN THEIR KIDS. WE ALREADY TRACK PETS WITH TRACKING DEVICES SO WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU THINK WE AREN'T NEXT. BUT EVEN IF YOU SAY IT WON'T BE FULLY IMPLEMENTED, I SAY TO THAT, THIS IS WHERE OUR FUTURE IS HEADED (EVERYTHING WILL HAVE A TRACKING DEVICE). WE ARE ALREADY SEEING SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS IN EVERY CORNER OF OUR STREETS, STORES AND PLACES WE DON'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT. WHAT WILL BE THE EXCUSE NEXT, JUST THINK ABOUT IT. I'M ALL FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR PEOPLE AND THIS COUNTRY BUT WE ARE GETTING TO THAT AGE WHERE THEY'RE SYSTEMATICALLY TAKING AWAY ALL OUR RIGHTS.

Exemptions to the mandatory coverage provision and penalty are permitted for religious reasons or for those for whom the least expensive policy would exceed 8% of their income.
